Teal, 33, was accused of sending a nude image of a woman online without her permission in September 2025. According to the criminal complaint, investigators said he was talking about child exploitation.

In October 2025, officers reported arresting Teal on 10 alleged child pornography charges after they said there was evidence of it on his phone.

Teal’s bond was set at $100,000, with conditions in place that he not have any intentional contact with minors.

Teal’s bond was reduced to $10,000 on March 18 and he was released from custody.

Online court records show Teal appeared in Rock County court on Tuesday, where his bond was set at $25,000 for the bail jumping charge. If he posts bond, he is not allowed to be in contact with the Woodman’s Convention Center, use any electronic devices with internet access and have no intentional contact with any minors.

Teal has a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 22. In the child pornography case, he is set to have a calendar call on July 27.
