Body of man found in Juneau Co. identified, suspects arrested

Police have identified a man whose body was found near County Hwy. M in Juneau County last week.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Police have identified a man whose body was found near County Hwy. M in Juneau County last week and two suspects have been arrested.

The investigation into the death of Floyd A. Burdick, 57, is now being treated as a homicide, the Juneau Co. Sheriff’s Office said. Burdick was a resident of Grand Marsh, the sheriff’s office said.

On Jan. 18, the sheriff’s office received a report of a deceased person around 8:40 a.m. on County Highway M, near Oakridge Trail parking area.

The case is still under investigation.
