Columbia County Sheriff’s Office searching for missing Huber inmate

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing Huber inmate who did not return from a shift on Tuesday.

Columbia County explained Deron Cribbs left the Huber Center at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday for a shift at Stanpac in Portage. He has not been seen since.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue sweatshirt, black pants and shoes.

Columbia County officials said his last reported address was 1901 Browning Road, in Madison, and he also has ties to Phillips Road, in Pardeeville.

Cribbs is serving a sentence that was set to last until Sept. 18, with Huber privileges.

Anyone who knows where Cribbs is was asked to call Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at 608-742-4166.
